To get the most out of this program, here’s a quick list of the recommended equipment. You’ll need one red resistance band and a set of dumbbells. For example, if you’re like Sammy, a 10kg set would be ideal.
For those looking to maximise versatility, get two sets of dumbbells - Sammy would personally choose a set at 7.5kg and another at 12.5kg.
