WHY WE CREATED THE MIGHTY MUM METHOD

The Mighty Mum Method was born from a passion for movement and a deep understanding of postnatal fitness needs. Created by Sammy Kelly, a fitness expert and mum, the program combines over a decade of experience in the fitness industry with a commitment to natural, safe, and effective movement. Sammy’s journey started in dance, performing in London’s West End and worldwide for over 15 years, where she first fell in love with movement and the power of health and well-being. She has since spent over 10 years as a Master Trainer and Personal Trainer at London’s renowned boutique fitness brand, 1Rebel, inspiring clients to reach their potential.

After having her baby earlier this year, Sammy realised that the kind of program she needed simply wasn’t available. She wanted something that would not only help her regain her strength and confidence but would allow her to become fitter than she’d ever been—on her own terms, from home, with minimal equipment. Backed by women’s health physios, the Mighty Mum Method is a 12-week program built around natural movement principles and designed to help mums rebuild their strength progressively and safely. With easy-to-follow guidance and a supportive community, our mission is to empower mums everywhere to feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies.
